Establishing new social impact and charitable NGOs in Israel or the Diaspora has always been a prohibitive challenge. Coming out of COVID, it has become nearly impossible. Funders have raised the moat gates significantly; major philanthropies need first protect their sacred cow organizations.
HaYoreh's focus is to address those weak links in nascent NGOs that are hurdles to their being awarded mandates, and provide the stability and resources, governance and economy of scale enjoyed by long established nonprofit organizations.

To cultivate a strong nonprofit ecosystem in Israel and the Jewish world by helping nascent nonprofits overcome their two biggest stumbling blocks: lack of access to philanthropic funds and overwhelming administrative/regulatory burdens.
Our Incubees
HaYoreh has over 20 nascent charities, NGOs, and philanthropies with a minimum of three years of legitimate contribution to society in areas where almost no other organizations participate. All of the organizations under HaYoreh are independently registered. Currently, another 20 charities are on HaYoreh's waiting list due to a lack of funding.
